At Juss Resort and the Founders Club, we are looking to expand our team as we grow into an exclusive, luxury resort project in Moonbeam, Ontario. We’re currently hiring for several commission-based roles, offering high earning potential and the opportunity to work in the luxury tourism industry. These positions are ideal for individuals who are motivated, results-driven, and want to be part of a groundbreaking luxury resort project.


1. Engagement Manager (Client Experience & Sales)

Compensation:Base stipend ($1,500 – $2,500/month) + Commission (5-8%) + Performance Bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Lead client onboarding and relationship management.

  • Drive membership sales and ensure high retention.

  • Organize exclusive member events and experiences.

  • Work closely with the sales and operations teams to enhance client engagement.


2. Commission-Only Salesperson (Membership Sales)

Compensation:Commission-Based (5-10% per sale) + Bonuses for High Performance

Responsibilities:

  • Sell luxury resort memberships across different tiers ($1,000 - $100,000+).

  • Prospect, pitch, and close deals with high-net-worth individuals.

  • Manage and nurture client relationships to maximize referrals.

  • Work collaboratively with marketing to refine sales strategies.


3. Member Services Coordinator (Client Support & Retention)

Compensation:Commission-Based + Performance Bonuses

Responsibilities:

  • Handle member inquiries and account management.

  • Ensure a seamless and personalized member experience.

  • Provide support for billing, membership benefits, and concerns.

  • Track and analyze member engagement for retention strategies.


4. Sales Operations Manager (Sales Support & Strategy)

Compensation:Commission-Based + Performance Bonuses

Responsibilities:

  • Support the commission-based sales team with materials, leads, and processes.

  • Ensure smooth contract execution and deal closure logistics.

  • Optimize sales workflow for efficiency and high conversion rates.

  • Monitor sales performance and implement improvement strategies.


5. Customer Success Specialist (Client Satisfaction & Loyalty)

Compensation:Commission-Based + Retention Bonuses

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high satisfaction and long-term engagement of members.

  • Develop loyalty programs and retention strategies.

  • Address member concerns and create solutions to enhance experience.

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to improve member services.
